Benefits of Hot Yoga

Last night I went to my first Hot Yoga class after almost two years. I completely fell back in love with it and quickly remembered how amazing it felt to be in the heated and tranquil room, stretching my muscles and holding the different postures. My body felt so relaxed and at peace afterward. I’m happy to be back and can’t wait to see how I improve over the next few months.

Some of the benefits of Hot Yoga include:

  • Reducing Stress
  • Increasing vitality, energy, and relaxation
  • Increasing blood circulation
  • The heat increases muscle stress around the joints to support them under pressure
  • Improving immunity (e.g., arthritis and thyroid disorders)
  • A sense of well being that spreads in your life.
